  Our customer; meeting our creative, dynamic and experienced interior designers is the first step to the magnificent finale. Our team primarily focuses on the intended use of the building to be built or renovated. Because the purpose of use is the determining element of the interior design project specially prepared for each space. The perfection of the interior architectural design depends on the planning of the construction from the formation process. The completion of the interior design project of a space not only reveals the final image, but also presents a detailed plan of the work to be done throughout the construction process.

Collecting Data
Before starting a design, our interior architects carefully listen to the wishes and needs of our customers regarding the interior and exterior spaces of the building, and their preferences that determine the main lines of decoration such as color and material. After obtaining all the necessary information, our team makes a reconnaissance visit to our customer, takes all the dimensions of the space, examines the existing installation network and all the details of the interior as a whole. And the first stage of the design project is started.
3D Design and Preliminary Project
Serdur Global’s experienced interior architect team prepares a mood-board based on the meeting they had with our client. This presentation is a composition showing which colors, materials and furniture can be used in the space. After the necessary revisions are made in line with the wishes of the customer, three-dimensional (3D Render) visuals are prepared that reflect the finished state of the space with the selected colors, materials and furniture. Project-specific furniture is designed upon request. After the approval of our customer, the “preliminary project” is completed.
Application Project

With the completion of the preliminary project, our team now has the visuals of the place and a guide showing how the application will progress. All materials to be used in the project are listed in detail. Thus, the “implementation project”, which includes floor plans, ceiling plan, floor plan, electrical and installation layout and point details, is completed. In this way, the necessary budget and time for the implementation of the project have been clarified.

Production Phase

When the application project is completed, Serdur Global’s factories come into operation. Our drawing teams make drawings that will shed light on the production of furniture. Wood veneer, fabric or metal materials to be used in the production of furniture are selected and supplied quickly. After the materials and drawings are completed, our teams go into production. Serdur Global manufactures all of its furniture in its own facilities. Our factories in Istanbul and Doha (Qatar) have the equipment and infrastructure to use and process all kinds of raw materials and materials related to furniture. Our factories, which have state-of-the-art machinery, produce with modern techniques in accordance with EU and US norms.

Turnkey

While the production of the furniture continues, the fit-out works of the project, if any, are completed. Our experienced site team first completes the mechanical and electrical infrastructure works, and then the plasterboard wall, ceiling applications, plaster and paint works, which are known as “finish works”. After all these works are completed, the place is completely cleaned and the environment is made suitable for the assembly of the furniture. Furniture and upholstered products that have been produced are shipped to the place and the furniture is assembled accordingly. Upholstered products are placed, curtains are attached, carpets are laid. After the final checks are made, the place is presented to the customer in “turnkey” form.
